Initiate Your Request
Log into your Tornado Store account and select the items you wish to return from your recent order history to generate a return authorization.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
